By accessing and using the OpinionPartner platform (opinionpartner.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

OpinionPartner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

OpinionPartner is an affiliate network specializing in paid survey brands. We connect publishers with our proprietary survey offers on a CPL (Cost Per Lead) basis.

Our services include: access to survey brand campaigns, real-time tracking and reporting, payment processing, and dedicated account management.

3. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher on our network, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Only use approved traffic sources as described in our traffic policy
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Maintain the quality and integrity of traffic sent to our offers

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any form of artificial traffic
• Cookie stuffing, clickjacking, or any deceptive redirection techniques
• Brand bidding on our brand names in paid search campaigns
• Sending traffic from adult, violent, or illegal content sources
• Using pop-ups, pop-unders, or other intrusive ad formats without approval

5. Payments

Payments are processed on a NET7 basis via SEPA or SWIFT wire transfer. OpinionPartner reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations pending investigation.

Conversion rates and payouts are subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated to publishers in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

OpinionPartner provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
